According to data released by the Kazakh Statistical Office on Tuesday, Kazakh refined copper production in January-September increased 11% year-on-year to 354,836 tons.

From January to September, refined zinc production in the country fell by 0.9% year-on-year to 235,914 tons.

However, from January to September, the country's crude steel output was 3,371,053 tons, down 0.9% from the same period last year.
